メディア事業

豊富な案件数
Midworksの保有案件数は業界最大級に多いです。
IT・Web業界の中小企業だけでなく、有名大手企業の案件も紹介してくれるため、個人では参画できないような様々な仕事を受け持つことができます。

正社員並みの保障付き
Midworksでは、正社員並みの保障がついたフリーランスサービスになっています。
具体的には、フリーランス向けの賠償責任補償や健康診断優待のある「フリーランス協会」、freeeの無料利用や弁護士の無料紹介などの「税務保障」、「保険補助」、交通費や書籍代を支援する「経費補助」、映画やレストランが割引される「リロクラブ」への加入、ご参画中に案件と案件の間でブランクがあっても給与を保障する「報酬保障サービス（審査あり）」があります。
コンサルタントによるフォロー

利用方法
登録から案件獲得までの流れを紹介します。
登録
Midworksのサービス登録はWeb上のフォームに情報を入力し、送信することで完了することができます。
登録時に入力いただいたメールアドレスに、自動返信メールが届いたのち、3営業日以内に弊社のキャリアサポーターから電話がきます。
登録項目は、以下の４つの項目になります。
- 氏名
- メールアドレス
- 電話番号
- 生年月日
カウンセリング面談
IT・Web業界の動向から、エンジニア・デザインの技術知識まで豊富なサポーターがカウンセリングを行います。
一人ひとりのスキルやキャリアプラン、希望収入や働き方などを伺い、希望の条件にあった案件を紹介してくれます。
商談
紹介した案件で気になるものがあったら発注元のクライアントとの商談に進みます。
商談が苦手な方であっても、Midworksサポーターが現場の環境から、具体的な案件内容、商談の流れを事前に説明とアドバイスをしてくれます。
参画条件は、Midworksサポーターがクライアントと交渉をしてくれるので、参画日、報酬などの希望条件を事前に伝えます。
条件が合意に至れば、クライアントとMidworks間で契約を締結になります。
参画後のフォロー
契約締結後、合意したスタート日よりMidworksのフリーランスとして業務を行います。
参画中もMidworksサポーターが職場の雰囲気や、仕事内容、働きやすさについて伺い、不明な点や疑問に対応してくれます。
