私の場合はお金がもっと欲しいというのが転職のきっかけなのですが、他社の場合、単純にこの会社であれば年収が上がりますねっていう感じ逆にUZUZはなんでお金が欲しいのか？とかそういった部分から話が始まり、自分でも気がつけていないことや整理できていないことを明確にしてもらいそこから本当に自分にあった求人を一緒に見つける感じでカウンセリングしてもらえました。
結局受けたのは2社だけ面接対策も十分すぎるくらいやってもらうことができていたので、すんなり面接も通り2社とも内定を獲得時間もお金も節約することに成功です。
その後の条件交渉もしっかりと行ってもらうことができ、納得した上でより良いと思う会社に転職できました。
もし、たくさんの求人を見たければUZUZ以外がいいでしょうけどもそうでなければ使わない理由が見つからないと今になって思います。
