登録は、上部に「転職サポートに申し込む」があるので、こちらから登録をおこないます。

保有資格を「理学療法士」「作業療法士」「言語聴覚士」から選択します。

希望の働き方として「正社員」「パート」と「転職時期」を選択します。
STEP3
「氏名」、「性別」を記入します。
STEP4
「郵便番号」「住所」を入力します。
STEP5
最後に「生年月日」「電話番号」「メールアドレス」を入力します。
カウンセリング
登録後、担当の人から電話またはメールで連絡が来ます。面談では、希望の条件として年収や希望地についてヒアリングされます。個別面談では、キャリアアドバイザーがどのようなライフスタイルで働きたいかなど具体的にヒアリングしてくれます。
その後に、希望の年収や勤務地を絞っていく作業に入ります。
書類選考・面接
応募するとメッセージ機能で企業とやり取りして面接日が決まります。面接を通して結果が出ます。結果の通知方法は事業所によって違い「メール」「電話」で結果が来ます。
内定
面接が終わり内定書をもらう前に、リハのお仕事が内定先に年収などの条件交渉をおこなってくれます。また、入社日の調整など自分でおこなう手間がありません。
