カウンセリング

その後に、希望の年収や勤務地を絞っていく作業に入ります。
書類選考・面接
応募するとメッセージ機能で企業とやり取りして面接日が決まります。面接を通して結果が出ます。結果の通知方法は事業所によって違い「メール」「電話」で結果が来ます。
内定
面接が終わり内定書をもらう前に、ココカイゴが内定先に年収などの条件交渉をおこなってくれます。また、入社日の調整など自分でおこなう手間がありません。
